Scarlett said her first word today. We were at the Myers' house playing with baby Brynn and Scarlett said "baby" clearly several times. And so it begins...

Our baby has been cruising for awhile holding on, but around her birthday she started taking a couple steps. Tonight Scarlett let go of the ottoman and walked five steps to me like it was no big deal. We'll have a runner before we know it:)

Monster Jam

We took Hudson out for probably the first time with both mommy and daddy and no sisters. Monster Jam was awesome! And so ridiculously loud! He had the best time and has been recounting it ever since. It's amazing how much detail he remembers. Gunslinger was his favorite because he was red:). It was a special night out with our little man! He ate his weight in popcorn and fell asleep on the train home afterwards. We can't wait for next year.

Like a Daddy

The greatest complement you can pay our son is to tell him that he looks or does something "like a daddy". We hear it all the time..."I'm strong like a Daddy...I'm brave like a Daddy...I'm handsome like a Daddy". Needless to say Jason loves this:).
Kate looks for any excuse to put on a "date dress". She asks Jason frequently to take her on dates and as soon as she hears yes, she goes immediately to her room to put on a date dress, a little makeup, perfume, and brush her hair. She is so sweet and loves dates with Daddy!
